Clover®Strap Clinical Partnership Agreement

This agreement reflects a shared commitment between Clover®Strap and your facility to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care.

It ensures consistency in how Clover®Strap is used within your setting, how it is introduced to clients, and how it supports best-practice health and wellbeing outcomes.

1. Purpose

To establish a clear and professional framework for facilities integrating Clover®Strap into their clinical or performance environment, ensuring alignment with clinical standards, education, and brand integrity.

2. Partnership Overview

As a Clover®Strap Clinical Partner, your facility is approved to integrate Clover®Strap into your service offering. This may include:

  • Setting up and using Clover®Strap within your clinic, hospital, or gym to support client outcomes

  • Selling Clover®Strap @home packs to  clients where appropriate

This agreement covers both clinical use and optional retail within your facility.

3. Ordering & Supply

Partners have access to clinic packs and applicable wholesale supply options.
Pricing, minimum order quantities, and supply terms are provided separately and form part of this agreement.

5. Pricing Integrity

Where Clover®Strap products are provided to clients, partners agree to uphold recommended pricing. This ensures fairness, maintains trust, and protects the consistency of client experience across all locations.

6. Clinical Use & Responsibility

Partners commit to the safe, appropriate, and evidence-informed use of Clover®Strap. This includes ensuring staff are confident in application and that clients are guided with care, clarity, and professionalism.

7. Brand Alignment

Partners agree to represent Clover®Strap in a manner that reflects professionalism, clinical integrity, and a shared commitment to improving health outcomes.

8. Compliance

Partners are responsible for meeting all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements within their facility.

9. Term & Termination

This agreement remains in place until terminated in writing by either party.
